A Dedicated Ignite Reading Team Is at Your Service

  • Customer Success Manager

An Ignite Reading customer success manager helps you through every step of the implementation process—finding the right tutoring location and times, completing student rosters, accessing our platform, and running rehearsals with your teachers and students to ensure a smooth rollout.

  • Dedicated Literacy Specialist

Throughout the program, you'll partner with a professional literacy specialist who monitors your program data to ensure students are hitting milestones and facilitates monthly data sessions with school and district leaders. They provide per student data that helps teachers reinforce instruction for precise skills gaps.

  • Tutor Performance Team

A tutor performance team manages staffing to ensure all Ignite Reading students receive high quality tutoring services, even if their tutor is absent. Substitutes have the same training and certification as our other tutors and can pick up instruction right where a student's regular tutor left off.

Our Obsession With Data Empowers Your Staff

Our tutors collect and respond to a range of data, and we report these highly detailed findings back to you.

The data we collect:

  • Diagnostic data: We identify students who may be dyslexic or require additional Tier 2 or Tier 3 supports.

  • Progress monitoring data: We conduct routine progress monitoring every 14 lessons to show where each student is in their sequence of learning and any roadblocks keeping them from advancing.

  • Attendance data: We track attendance, giving your team valuable insight into which students need to meet minimum attendance thresholds.

How districts and schools use our data:

  • Teachers can reinforce the skills we identify as needing additional practice and, when needed, encourage positive behaviors and attendance.

  • Schools can share data with parents so they know what skills their child is working on, where they are on the road to mastery, and what they will tackle next.

  • Districts can share our ready-made reports with the school board and key stakeholders to show student gains in reading skills.

When a district partners with Ignite Reading to support early literacy outcomes, it's a true partnership. The level of support from onboarding through implementation, particularly the ongoing review of student outcome data, sets Ignite Reading apart.

As students make gains in reading, as we meet with the Ignite Reading team and data is shared, that data is then used by staff.  We have seen any staff skepticism turn to hope and joy.
